You have successfully completed your university studies – now it is time to take the helm. As an international team of experts for maritime propulsion, we are constantly looking for new recruits who are just as passionate about research and development of new propulsion and manoeuvring solutions as any future colleagues at SCHOTTEL will be. Quite often, we are able to offer direct entry into the relevant specialist department.
To really pick up speed right from the start, many university graduates take part in our popular trainee programme. This gives you the opportunity to get to know all the relevant departments and, with the help of appropriate experts, define learning objectives which you will achieve as an active member of a team. Throughout the entire period (18–24 months), you will of course be supervised by a personal mentor and undergo intensive preparation for your future position.
