Those who know what they want to do later in their careers will find it easier to navigate when school is over. This is why our teams are happy to accompany motivated young people in their search for orientation. On average, we have around 45 work placements to offer each year.
Both compulsory and voluntary placements are possible in the Dörth training workshops (industrial mechanics, cutting machine operators, construction mechanics, mechatronics technicians) and Spay (mechatronics technicians). In addition, we offer placements in commercial and technical fields (industrial clerks, warehouse logistics specialists, IT specialists and technical product designers), provided that there is sufficient capacity.
In addition to work experience for secondary school students and 1-day placements on Girls’ Day, interested parties can also find opportunities with us for compulsory internships as part of their studies or for further training and retraining.
